At Talents Agency Hamburg we are taking a new step. This has not always been part of who we are as an agency. It developed over time. Through conversations, through experiences and through my very personal desire to give something back.

Helping has always been important to me. Often quietly and without much attention. At some point I realized that with the work we do and the reach we have, we could create more impact if we did it together.

This is new for us. And it feels right.
There is no pressure behind it. No obligation. No one has to participate. Everything happens voluntarily and from the heart. That part truly matters to me. Support should come from genuine intention, not from a sense of duty.

As an agency we are creating a structure where giving back becomes a natural part of what we do. Our clients do not pay anything extra and there is no additional contribution required. When a job or project is booked through one of our talents, a portion of that collaboration goes directly into our donation initiatives.

We make the impact of these collaborations visible. On our website we share which partnerships helped generate support and which projects were made possible through them. In this way it becomes transparent what we achieved together. Every booking contributes and becomes part of something meaningful.

We consciously support smaller organizations and initiatives that often work in the background and receive little attention, yet do important work every single day. For animals. For people facing difficult situations. For the environment. For causes that deserve to be seen.

For us this is not a trend. It is a step that grew out of conviction. Standing stronger together. Sharing responsibility. And proving that when people come together, real change can happen.
